Colored steel panel:: All adopt Japanese, European building special-purpose colored zinc-plated steel panel , the thickness of the steel panel is 0. 5-0. 75 mms, zinc-plated quantity of zinc is 275 g/ms 2. In order to improve the viscidity of zinc-plated steel panel and erosion resistance ,make chemistry film on the steel panel , pain it with epoxy colophony , then paint on the primming with polyester resin or silicon copper and polyester resin, pain it twice, bake it twice. The front of thickness of patent thick is 25 ¦Ì ms, reverse side is 5 ¦Ì ms. So is able to bear corrosivity and atmosphere quality remarkably.
2. The heat insulator of PU: Building panel special-purpose polyurethane hard-character foam material of British ICI, BAYER of Germany with low coefficient of heat-conduction , stable size, low rate of sucking water, resistance-fire performance

Second: TianRong Panel type:

1. Panel type
   (1)TRDB¡¢TRQB: effective width is 1000 mm, thicknesses as 40 - 60 - 80, 100 mm, lengths as -500 12500 mm( length can be decided according to the project), The peak height of TRDB panel is 45 mm, , adopts the connection method of arch ,mainly used in the roofing; TRQB is the ideal encloses and protects the material for the wall .
   (2)TRCBS: effective widths are 450, 600 mm, thicknesses as 50, 70 mm, lengths as 500- 12500 mm( can exceed length, definite by engineering designs). This kind of panel can bear the great weight of strength, mainly used in enclose and protect material of wallboard, roofs floors.
   (3)TRLB: The effective width is 1000 mms, the thickness are100, 120, 140, 160, 180 mms, the length is decided according to engineering design . This panel is mainly used in freezer room
   (4)TRSRB: The effective width is 1000 mms, the thickness is 20 - 60 mms, the length is defined according to engineering design . This panel is ideal of heat insulation and keeping-warm material , with pairs of soft pieces of layers of PU.
   (5)TRCGB: The effective width is 330 - 1000 mms, with version of single and a double, length is decided according to engineering design . This panel is a lighting board( the light-penetration rate is 70%), cooperate with TianRong panel of TRDB, the material is from two ways of unsaturated colophony glass-steel and PVC.

1. fire-resistant limit: 0.6 hours; (Carry on the experiments by Tianjin fire control scientific institute according to the national standard of GB 9978-88 equivalents in international standard the of ISO 834-1975); B1 grade of building material( Examined by national regular fire extinguishing system and fire-resistant pieces quality supervision and inspection cente according to GB 8625 - 88, GB 8624-88).
2. Suitable temperature range: -80-+120℃; heat conduction coefficient: 0. 0215(t≈30℃) kilocalorie /Mi. degree. hour ( determine by the Physic Building Research Academe of Chinese Building Science Institute)
3. Water Test, No leakage on the surface of elements within circulation of 20 hours with the increasing temperature of 70 - 75℃ ( determine by Tianjin Architecture Science Institute);

Fourth, the specification of design:
TainRong can present the customers with versions of elements such as TRDB( the roof), TRQB( the wallboard), TRCBS( the bearing floor element),etc. The designer can select for users according to the special request. Lengths of most TianRong elements are below of 12000 mm
But if conditions of transporting and lifting permitting,. the lengths also can exceed 12000mm.

Fifth, The fittings of TianRong elements

1. TianRong element with metal covering made of zinc-plated the steel plate with the thickness of 0.5-0.6 mm imported from overseas.
2. The middle heat preservation layer of the TianRong elements made of polyurethane foam with character of resistancte-burning and the hard quality. Heat conduction coefficient: 0. 022Kcal/m. hC; Compression strength is 2. 5kg/cm²; The intensity of splicer: 2kg/cm²; capacity :30-45 kg/cm3;
3. The fittings of ridge element, cover-corner element and spread-water element made of , the same colored zinc-plated steel plate of the TianRong element with metal covering.

Sixth, connections and sealing material

1. Self screw, waterproof rivet of aluminium and all other fittings should satisfy request of design and building work, And adopt special-purpose products of honour company or and the products with reliable quality from professional factory
2. The sealing washer made of ethane rubber and propane rubber withs high quality
3. The sealants are acrylic acid polyurethane, silicone or other high quality fluid sealants.
